6515--Therapy Chairs and Blanket Warmer

The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide therapy chairs and a blanket warmer cabinet for patient comfort during Nuclear Medicine procedures. The therapy chairs must be equivalent to the PINESTAR Injection/Resting Chair Model 214-210, and the blanket warmer cabinet must be equivalent to the PINESTAR Model PTI-750. The contractor must provide 5 therapy chairs and 1 blanket warmer cabinet. • The therapy chairs must have a minimum of three different recline positions and feature an infinitely adjustable back. • The therapy chairs must have a release handle that spans the entire width of the chair back and have a minimum of four total lock and directional steel locking casters. • The blanket warmer cabinet must hold a minimum of 25 blankets and have a fully gasketed closure with a magnetic closure. • The contractor must provide information about their company, including size status and representations, and must demonstrate how they can meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
