VBBB Training Facility Dreamseat Products

The University of Texas at San Antonio is seeking bids for the procurement of Dreamseat seating products to furnish the VBBB Training Facility. This informal RFQ calls for suppliers to submit price quotations for the required furniture items, complying with the university’s purchase‑order terms. • Scope: Supply of Dreamseat brand seating furniture (likely chairs, benches, or related classroom seating). • Procurement method: Informal Request for Quote (IIFB) with a single deadline on July 16, 2026. • Requirements: Vendors must be registered on the university’s SciQuest portal, and successful bidders will enter into a University Purchase Order agreement. • Contact: Cheryl Olivarez (email and phone provided) for any clarifications prior to the deadline. • No budget ceiling is disclosed, so bidders must propose competitive pricing based on the quantity and specifications of the furniture needed.
