This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive boiler and chiller preventive‑maintenance, repair, and emergency‑response services for the State‑owned Building #860 (Waddie P. Deddeh) in San Diego. The work includes scheduled preventive tasks on two Raypak boilers and one Smardt Turbocor chiller, as well as repair work (foreseeable and unforeseeable) and a rapid‑response emergency repair capability.
