The North Carolina State University is seeking an architectural firm to provide design services for Phase 2 of the Flex Factory renovation at the Textiles Complex. The scope includes renovating approximately 9,000 sf of first‑floor space, executing several enabling projects, and preparing for a subsequent 6,000 sf expansion of the Flex Factory. The selected firm may be retained for full design and construction if the university chooses.
