HPE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT H2OAKS - DIR

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is issuing an RFQ for the replacement of HPE server and storage hardware at its H2Oaks data center, including full physical installation, power and network cabling, and configuration of operating system, virtualization platform, and remote management tools. Only authorized HPE resellers may submit a response, and quotes must include FOB destination freight. The award will go to the lowest qualified bid; SAWS reserves the right to award to a single source. • Scope includes unpacking, rack‑mounting, and securing HPE servers and storage devices. • Connect equipment to UPS power supplies and perform structured network and data cabling. • Install VMware ESXi, configure vSphere, set up HPE Alletra, and create disk volumes. • Assign static IPs, gateways, DNS, and configure HPE iLO remote management. • All pricing must include delivery/freight; submission deadline is 9 September 2026, 3 PM CT. • Vendor must be an authorized HPE reseller; electronic submission is preferred.
