RFP 25-10 Labor Consultant

The Superior Court of San Bernardi is seeking a labor consultant to provide services as-needed. The consultant will be responsible for negotiating with bargaining units, including Teamsters and SEIU. The current contracts are set to expire in September 2028, and negotiations for successor MOUs are expected to start in early 2028. The court prefers in-person negotiations, and the consultant should be prepared to conduct multiple bargaining sessions.
