Leasing of Vehicles for use by the County of Ocean

The County of Ocean is seeking a firm to provide leased vehicles for use by the County. The successful vendor must have a minimum of two years' experience in providing leased services and be able to provide a minimum of 15 various vehicles for the current model year on a leased basis. The lease term will be for one year with the option of renewal for a second year. The County anticipates leasing 12 to 15 vehicles per month. The proposer must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the purpose and scope of the project, have experience and qualifications in providing leased services, and provide a sample Certificate of Insurance evidencing the required types and levels of insurance coverage. • The County is seeking to lease vehicles of various models, including SUVs, sedans, mini-vans, and pick-up trucks. • The successful vendor must be able to provide unlimited miles per year and maintain a facility within Ocean County capable of providing maintenance and other services. • The County will evaluate proposals based on the proposer's understanding of the project, experience and qualifications, contractual conditions, and cost. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities and non-material defects in the proposals.
