Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a sole source contract for the provision of Homeless Veterans Temporary Rehabilitative Residential Housing services. The services include providing a low-barrier therapeutic and rehabilitative milieu and attendant services to address medical rehabilitation, beds, restroom, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, related furnishings, meals and snacks, hygiene items, first aid supplies, and lockable storage. The services will be provided within a 50-mile radius of VAMC Fayetteville and/or a 25-mile radius of the outlying VA Health Care Centers.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing inpatient transitional housing for homeless veterans
• Offering a low-barrier therapeutic and rehabilitative milieu
• Providing attendant services to address medical rehabilitation
• Furnishing beds, restroom, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, and related furnishings
• Providing meals and snacks, hygiene items, first aid supplies, and lockable storage
