Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a pest control service to provide inside and outside perimeter control of various pests, including roaches, crickets, silverfish, earwigs, rodents, spiders, and ants. The service should be provided on a monthly basis, with additional visits at no charge to the customer if problems arise between monthly services. The selected vendor will be required to furnish all labor and materials necessary to provide efficient pest control and maximum safety as required by federal, state, and city regulations.
• The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from 10/1/25 to 9/30/26.
• The vendor must submit invoices once a month to Mary Minnifield and Jennifer Boswell.
• The vendor must provide monthly visits to the premises.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to cancel the contract for justifiable cause, with 30 days' written notice for supplies and 72 hours' written notice for services.
