The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 intends to award a contract for construction period services (CPS) to APOGEE CONSULTING GROUP, P.A. for the project "679-23-100 | Campus and Site Electrical Upgrades" at the Tuscaloosa VAMC. The contract will include engineering services for post-award activities associated with the construction contract. The services will include construction submittal reviews, responses to contractor Requests for Information (RFI's), execution of design changes, and attendance at necessary site visits and construction-related meetings. • The contract is a follow-on to a previously descoped contract, 36C24723C0033. • The services were previously competed under Solicitation 36C24722R0097. • The sole sourcing to the designer of record (DOR) will allow the Government to decrease lead times for award of the Construction project. • The DOR will provide expertise in relation to their own design documents. • The contract is expected to be awarded on or about 10/05/2026.
