Description
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking a platform to handle research participant CRM, communications, scheduling, and incentive distribution. The selected vendor will provide a cloud-based software solution that meets the requirements outlined in the RFQ. The solution should support 12+ users, 15k+ contacts, and multiple user panels per state organization. The contract will have an initial term of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The vendor must comply with the Commonwealth's Enterprise Information Security Standards and Policies, as well as the Digital Accessibility Standards.
