Description
The State of Georgia, Gordon State College, is seeking a supplier to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services for one year with optional 4 one-year renewals. The supplier will be required to provide services such as mowing, edging, plant trimming, and fertilizing. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible supplier. The supplier must comply with the State Entity's contract terms and conditions, including providing insurance coverage and sales tax compliance.
• The contract term will be from the date of award until the end of the State's current fiscal year.
• The State Entity reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, reject any and all responses, and request clarifications from suppliers.
• The supplier must be able to meet all delivery requirements specified in the contract.
• The supplier must provide a completed sales and use tax compliance form as an attachment to their response.
