Description
The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia requires Building Automation System (BAS) preventive maintenance services. The contractor will perform BAS PM services, including investigation and troubleshooting, adjustments, trend and alarm configuration, and more. The contract includes security provisions and requires a TOP SECRET facility clearance. The contractor must provide qualified technicians and all necessary equipment and supplies. The objective of the contract is to eliminate system malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration.
Key aspects of the job include:
* Performing BAS PM services for the upkeep of the BAS
* Providing further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS
* Maintaining the BAS in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition
* Performing investigation and troubleshooting services
* Reviewing and updating BAS As-Built and O&M Manual documents
* Providing user account management and backup retention services
* Performing annual and five-year PM activities, including sensor calibration and BAS controller assessment
