Professional Staffing and Technical Support Services

The City of Anaheim is seeking a consultant or firm to provide on-call professional staffing and technical support services for its Economic Development Department. The selected firm will assist with project management, program development, engineering support, construction coordination, outreach, and other economic development-related services. The scope of work includes project and contract management, program development and administration, capital improvement planning and construction support, planning, permitting, and compliance, engineering and technical support, marketing, research, and promotion, business outreach and community engagement, and grant support. The City is looking for a firm with experience in managing complex public-sector projects, delivering technical services, and providing meaningful outreach to stakeholders.
