Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide tele-sitters hardware, software, installation, and training for the Central Alabama VA Healthcare System. The contract will be for a period of 180 days, and the vendor must provide 24/7 support. The solicitation includes a price/cost schedule with six items, including fixed hardware, 40-inch LCD monitors, software, clinical services, installation services, and training.
