Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the budget for this opportunity. However, considering the product is a chemical and the Navy is a large organization, the budget could be substantial. Assuming the contract is for a large quantity of activated carbon, the budget could be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. This is a rough estimate and may not reflect the actual budget. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the quantity of activated carbon required, the duration of the contract, and the pricing strategy of the contractor.
