Description
The Morgan County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified supplier to provide mid‑grade unleaded gasoline, Number 2 diesel, and winterblend diesel to all county fuel sites for a six‑month period. The supplier must deliver fuel FOB to each site, blend diesel additives at no extra charge, provide weekly invoicing with OPIS price reports, and meet specific product specifications and storage capacities. A fixed per‑gallon reseller markup is required, and local businesses may receive a modest preference.
• Supply and deliver specified volumes of unleaded gasoline, Number 2 diesel, and winterblend diesel to multiple county locations.
• Blend diesel additives on‑site at no additional cost and furnish bill of lading and weekly OPIS reports for invoicing.
• Submit two sealed proposal copies by May 20 2026; proposals will be opened publicly on May 21 2026 and evaluated on price, product quality, experience, and service reliability.
