JC MTI System

The St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking a proposal for the JC MTI System to update the existing MTI System for security at the Justice Center. The provider shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary for the project. The scope of work includes delivery scheduling and handling, technical scope and hardware upgrades, testing and validation, and training, knowledge transfer, and support. The proposal should include a cover letter, table of contents, proposer qualifications and experience, proposed solution, innovative concepts, project schedule, financial proposal, references, customer service, resumes, and additional information. • The proposal must be submitted in a specific format and include all required information. • A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM. • The proposal opening date is April 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • The contract will be awarded based on the highest overall score. • The provider must have experience in similar projects and must provide references. • The provider must also provide a financial proposal, including prices and costs.
