M. Agnes Jones Elementary School HVAC Upgrades

The Atlanta Public Schools (APS) is seeking competitive bids for the building HVAC improvements and renovations at M. Agnes Jones Elementary. The project has an anticipated start date of May 25th, 2026, and an anticipated completion date of July 24th, 2026. The project area is approximately 92,000 sqft. The majority of construction will take place during the summer of 2026, with no construction performed while students and staff are in the building. The project will be bonded, and contractors must provide their company's bond rate as an alternate. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided with the sealed bid.
