Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to replace the existing 2.5-ton Trane water source heat pump system at the Floyd E "Tut" Fann State Veterans Home. The scope of work includes disconnecting electrical, controls, and drain lines, removing and disposing of the old system, and installing a new 2.5-ton water source heat pump system. The supplier must provide all necessary labor, materials, and expenses to complete the project.

• Disconnecting and reconnecting electrical, controls, and drain lines
• Removing and disposing of the old system and miscellaneous duct materials
• Installing a new 2.5-ton water source heat pump system
• Fabricating transitions to connect the existing supply duct system
