Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Cyber’s Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Sustainment Requirement

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking information from potential sources for the sustainment and sustainment-engineering support of the existing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) platform. The required capabilities include Registration Authority (RA) support, Secure Testing Lab Operation and Maintenance, Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) technology, and Enterprise PKI Customer Support. The anticipated period of performance is 4 May 2027 – 3 May 2032. The notice is looking for small businesses, including Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and Woman-Owned Small Businesses. • The PKI platform requires sustainment and sustainment-engineering support. • The contractor must provide operational monitoring and reporting support, multi-tiered support, training support, and system integration/deployment support. • The contractor must have experience with Red Hat (RH) Products, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), F5 BigIP’s, and other directory service technologies. • The contractor must provide customer support and outreach, including help desk operations, development and updates to technical guides, on-site visits, and ServiceNow/ITSM+/Helix support. • The contractor must have a final Secret Facility Clearance and be CMMC Level II Self Certified.
