Description
This Request for Information (RFI) is for the acquisition of Large-Scale Fixed Systems, specifically Multi-Energy Portals and Low-Energy Portals, for the Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Program. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking information on commercial products and services that can meet the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD). The RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to procure any products or services.

* The IDIQ will include a single, five-year ordering period, with a maximum period of performance of 10 years for delivery orders.
* The contract will be firm-fixed price, with some time-and-materials and on-demand services.
