PHOENIX SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LAND REUSE AREA CULTURAL CORRIDOR

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant to provide engineering services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Land Reuse Area Cultural Corridor project. The project includes final design and construction administration and inspection services for a cultural corridor that reconnects disadvantaged and underserved communities adjacent to the airport. The scope of work includes protected and shared bike lanes, ADA-compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, drainage improvements, traffic signal and intersection upgrades, landscaping, and other improvements. The consultant team should have experience with similar projects and be familiar with federal grant-funded construction projects. • The project is estimated to cost $10 million. • The project must be federally reviewed and obligated prior to September 30, 2027. • The consultant team will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process. • The City expects to create a final list of at least three teams by mid-March 2026.
