Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Dix is seeking quotes for the acquisition of commercial items, including eggs, bread, and dairy products, for consumption of the inmate population housed at FCI Fort Dix. The Government shall award these items by line item to the lowest responsive/responsible offeror. All vendors awarded Purchase Orders must be registered in the SAM System and willing to accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a form of payment. The quotes must be submitted in excel format, and the company name must be listed below the highlighted area, with only the unit price per item in the self-calculating excel document.
• The Government will consider the lower price together for items 198, 199, and 200.
• The quotes must be submitted via email to [email protected] and CC: to [email protected] with the subject line in all caps "15BFTD26Q00000004" no later than February 16, 2026 @ 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
• The following documentation shall be submitted: SF-1449 and Contractor Information Sheet.
