Description
The State of West Virginia is seeking a partner to provide management of the State's vertical real estate assets. The selected partner will be responsible for managing the State's real estate assets, including towers, buildings, and other structures. The partner will provide services such as tower modification design, installation of lessee equipment, and quality assurance inspections. The partner will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The State is looking for a partner with experience in vertical real estate asset development and management.
• Provide management of the State's vertical real estate assets
