Description
The North Clackamas School District is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design services for the 2026 Bond Program projects. The selected firm will work with the District to complete the project(s) and achieve District objectives. The scope of work includes site planning, design, permitting, bid assistance, and construction administration services. The District anticipates the project duration to be approximately 5 years, with some projects expected to be completed by summer 2027.
• The 2026 Bond Program includes updates and improvements to thermal comfort, mechanical systems, facilities, sites, technology, safety, security, and accessibility.
• The program has a preliminary estimated budget of over $245 million.
• The selected firm will be required to participate in outreach efforts as needed and provide graphics, models, and other materials to communicate design concepts.
• The firm will also be required to work closely with the District's project manager and foster constructive working relationships with District staff.
• The District reserves the right to deviate from the proposed timeline and schedule.
