26-031 Terminal Apron Expansion for Pensacola International Airport

The City of Pensacola is seeking bids for the Terminal Apron Expansion project at Pensacola International Airport. The scope of work includes the reconstruction of a portion of the west RON and south RON apron, expansion of the west RON apron, installation of new taxiway edge lights and signs, regrading of infield areas, and miscellaneous grading and clearing. The project will be performed in accordance with an approved Construction Phasing and Safety Plan. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site tour. • Bidders must submit a certified check, cashier's check, or insurance company's executed bond payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of 5% of the base bid. • The City of Pensacola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. • The project is subject to various federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Florida Public Records Law.
