Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide 50 Dell UltraSharp 24 Monitors - U2424H or equivalent/updated specifications. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The equipment must be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology in Crownsville, MD. The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007.
Key points to consider:
• The contractor must provide new and unused equipment.
• The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit if applicable.
• The contract has a Small Business Reserve designation, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award.
