ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COLLECTION SERVICES

The City of Cincinnati is seeking one or more collection agencies to provide accounts‑receivable collection services for its Treasury, Income Tax, and Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) divisions. The contractor will handle placement and collection of delinquent utility, tax, and other municipal accounts, remit gross collections within defined timeframes, and deliver detailed monthly and annual reporting. Compliance requirements include SBE/MWBE participation (optional per Addendum 2), submission of DEI 147 within ten days of request, a $100 k fidelity bond, specified insurance minimums, and adherence to the City’s living‑wage ordinance.
