Description
The opportunity is for a service maintenance contract for the NWEC MSD. The contract includes pressure washing of various surfaces, including building exteriors, concrete hardscape, sidewalks, parking lot curbs, and other exterior surfaces. The work locations and proposed quantities are detailed in Appendix 3. The contract requires maintenance of exterior walls, ground floor exterior ceiling, stairs, observation deck, concrete hardscape, sidewalks, parking lot curbs, and other exterior surfaces.
