Residential Development Opportunity

The City of Eustis is seeking proposals from qualified development entities to construct new single-family homes on four City-owned lots located within the Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). The purpose of this initiative is to expand homeownership opportunities, support neighborhood revitalization, increase property tax revenue, and ensure long-term community stability through high-quality, affordable homeownership housing development. The selected entity will be responsible for the full delivery of market-rate and affordable homes, including buyer readiness programming, construction management, and coordination with lending and community partners.
