Follett Blood Bank Refrigerators for Wilmington VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase two Follett Blood Bank Refrigerators for the Wilmington VAMC. The refrigerators must meet specific requirements, including a 45 cu ft capacity, stainless steel interior and exterior, dual pane locking glass doors, and touchscreen digital LCD temperature display. The contractor must provide an Authorization Letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer and submit a filled-out copy of the Standard Form 1449. The evaluation criteria include technical specifications, price, and SDVOSB status. • The refrigerators will be used for storing laboratory specimens, reagents, and supplies. • The contractor must deliver the refrigerators within 30 days of receipt of order. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the refrigerators. • The Government reserves the right to issue a purchase order for a quantity less than the quantity quoted, at the unit prices quoted.
