Description
The City of Stonecrest is seeking bids from qualified and experienced bidders to provide Aquatics/Waterpark Management Services (Pool Management Services) at the Browns Mill Family Aquatic Center. The services include overseeing all aquatics management functions, providing staff, collecting payments, conducting preparation measures for seasonal opening, maintaining pool records, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, city, and county regulations. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, tools, transportation, supervision, machinery, fuel, and other incidentals necessary to perform the services. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing licensed and certified lifeguards, lifeguard supervisors, and pool maintenance staff
• Conducting daily safety checks and maintaining pool records
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, city, and county regulations
• Maintaining pool chemistry levels and performing routine maintenance tasks
• Providing staffing for pool rental events and other special programs
• Coordinating with the City's Athletic & Aquatic Coordinator to develop seasonal program offerings
The contractor must demonstrate previous experience in performing similar services in the State of Georgia within the last three years and must submit proof of experience, licenses, and certifications with their bid.
