Description
The City of Douglasville is seeking a qualified contractor to provide professional installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday lighting and décor throughout multiple city locations. The desired services include supplying labor, materials, equipment, lifts, cabling, and necessary accessories to complete all work outlined in the RFP.
Some key aspects of the project include:
• Installation of warm white C7 string lights, pre-lit garland, and mini string lights at various locations
• Installation of lighting on trees, shrubs, and buildings
• Provision of storage for all materials
• Maintenance and removal of lighting and décor during and after the holiday season
• Compliance with the City's required holiday installation plan
The City will evaluate proposals based on relevant experience, understanding of project scope, project approach, and cost proposal.
