Waterless Car Wash Services

The Miami Parking Authority is seeking proposals from qualified and insured concessionaires for waterless car wash services at designated public parking garages. The selected proposer will be required to provide waterless car wash services, maintain concession areas, and submit monthly reports of gross receipts. The proposer must also comply with all relevant regulations, including the City of Miami's Living Wage Ordinance. • The initial term of the agreement will be for a period of three years, with two optional one-year extensions. • The proposer must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and submit a proposal that includes qualifications, experience, references, and financial capacity. • The evaluation criteria will include qualifications, experience, pricing, percentage payment to MPA, marketing plan, and staffing and operational plan. • The proposer must provide insurance certificates that meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. • The proposer must comply with the City of Miami's Living Wage Ordinance and certify that it will pay each of its covered employees no less than the living wage.
