Honeywell Authorized Controls Integrator (ACI) Contractors

The Douglas County Government is seeking highly-qualified contractors to provide Honeywell ACI services. The goal of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify one or several highly-qualified contractors that can be utilized, as needed, to provide system upgrades, general programming, and systems support for Honeywell control systems throughout Douglas County. The initial agreement/contract will be for a period of approximately 12 months, with the option to renew for four additional periods of one year each. • The contractor must possess the title of “ACI” Authorized Controls Integrator for the year 2026. • The contractor must be able to provide a letter from their local Honeywell representative stating that they are a verified/certified ACI contractor for the year 2026. • The contractor's business/warehouse must be located within 50 miles of Castle Rock, CO. • The contractor must provide a minimum of two certified/trained technicians/employees in the Honeywell AX and N4 Honeywell CARE/XL5000/XL800 system/s.
