Description
The GPO is seeking quotations to produce a set of high‑quality rack‑cards for the Department of the Interior’s Lyndon B. Johnson National Historic site. Two separate “jackets” (451‑370 and 451‑371) will each be printed in either offset or digital format, using a 4 × 9 in. full‑color design on 100‑lb gloss‑coated cover stock. The total quantity is 4,500 cards (3,000 Entrance Pass cards and 1,500 VIP/Volunteer cards). Production must meet Level 3 quality standards, be individually carton‑packed, and shipped by July 17 2026.
• Print method: either conventional offset or digital (single method per job).
• Quality: Level 3 QA, minimum 150 lp screen, resolution ≥ 2400 × 2400 dpi × 1 bit or 600 × 600 dpi × 8 bit.
• Packaging: shrink‑film packs of 100, each jacket packed separately, no intermixing.
• Delivery: material pickup by 06/24/2026, final shipment arrival by 07/17/2026, with traceable shipping notice required on the day of shipment.
• Submission: quotes due online 06/24/2026 11:00 AM ET; one PDF soft proof due 06/25/2026; W‑9 required before payment; invoices per jacket via GPO fax gateway or mail.
