Budget estimate

$150,000 – $500,000

Based on typical costs for PRV replacement in high‑rise office towers (materials, labor, disposal, permits, insurance, and overhead), a project of this scope for two buildings could range from a low‑six‑figure amount for a minimal valve count to a mid‑six‑figure amount if many branches require replacement and extensive coordination. Thus, an estimated contract value is roughly $150,000 to $500,000, depending on the exact number of valves, site access complexities, and any required ancillary work.
