Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Health Care System, James J. Peters VA Medical Center is seeking to award a sole source contract to Hologic Sale and Service LLC for the supply of Hologic Thin Prep Reagents and consumables. The contract will be for a base period of one year with two option years. The contractor will be required to provide customer support by phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist in trouble shooting. The contractor shall ship all reagents and consumables within 48 hours of request directly to JJP VA Medical Center, Monday through Friday. Key products to be supplied include Laboratory Kits, Physician's Kits, Filters, Microscope Slides, Cytolyt Solution, and PreservCyt.
• The contract is for the procurement of Hologic brand reagents and consumables for the T2000 THINPREP analyzer.
• The contractor shall submit all invoices through the Tungsten e-Invoice Network for review, certification, and payment.
• The contract type is Firm Fixed Price.
• The place of delivery is James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Pathology Laboratory, Histology 2B-37.
• The period of performance is for a base year with two option years, starting from 12/10/2025 to 12/09/2026 for the base year.
