Blanket Agreement - Various Gases & Cylinder Rentals

Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) is seeking a qualified vendor to enter into a blanket agreement to provide a range of industrial and medical gases on a rental basis, along with the associated cylinders, for the College Station campus. The agreement will be a multi‑year master order covering multiple gas types, cylinder sizes, and related services such as shipping, handling, and occasional surcharges. Vendors must be registered in AggieBid, submit detailed product literature, comply with export‑control and tariff documentation, and provide a HUB Subcontracting Plan if applicable. • Supply and rent nitrogen, argon, acetylene, oxygen, and mixed‑gas cylinders of various capacities (23 CF – 400 CF). • Provide per‑day rental rates, shipping (FOB Destination, freight prepaid), and any applicable surcharges; all costs must be disclosed separately from unit prices. • Meet rapid delivery expectations (≤ 2 days after order) within the College Station area, and adhere to safety, health, and Texas‑specific standards.
