This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace a 2,000 MBTU/hr Aerco gas‑fired condensing boiler at the Regional Commerce Center in Shreveport. The work includes removal of the existing unit, supply and installation of a new high‑efficiency boiler meeting strict performance specifications, testing, and certification. The Port has budgeted $130,000 and requires a 60‑day performance period following award.
