AS NEEDED GENERATOR SERVICES, STATEWIDE

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for as-needed generator services statewide. The scope of work includes labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and services required for generator services as needed and requested by the Emergency Communications department staff. The work will be performed at approximately 100 VHF sites statewide, and the contractor will be responsible for accessing these locations using trucks, ATVs, or SnowCats. The contractor will also be required to provide an itemized invoice for each project, including costs of materials used, service hours worked, and billing information. • The contractor must be licensed in Wyoming and pay their electricians the prevailing wage rates. • All work must adhere to WYDOT and NEC specifications, and comply with WYDOT and OSHA safety standards. • The contractor must receive clearance through the Emergency Communications office every time they come on site. • The awarded bidder shall provide all applicable warranties to parts and labor. • The contractor must report all accidents, regardless of severity, to the WYDOT project manager within 24 hours of occurrence.
