Description
The Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities Agency (OOD) is seeking an authorized dealer of Canon equipment to supply and install fourteen (14) Canon iR ADV DX C5840i and two (2) Canon iR ADV DX 529iF copiers to eleven (11) locations in Ohio. The contractor must provide delivery, installation, and network set-up, as well as meter reading and start-up supplies. The contractor must also disconnect and transport existing multifunction devices to OOD's warehouse. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor must provide all necessary supplies and crews for the completion of the work.
• The contractor must ensure that the copiers carry a minimum 1-year warranty.
• The contractor must provide implementation and training, including physically connecting the copier to the OOD network and configuring automatic meter readings.
• The contractor must provide a dedicated customer portal and configure all required device settings.
• The contractor must provide selected key-user training on site.
