Grade Crossing Safety Improvement Program Bid-Builder Contract for Federally and Locally Funded Projects

The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) is soliciting proposals for the provision of on-call construction services in support of the Grade Crossing Safety Improvement Program (GCSIP). The contract term is five years, and the contract will be awarded to a single bidder. The LIRR is looking for a contractor to provide construction services for the improvement of grade crossings in the Bronx, Dutchess, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Rockland, Suffolk, and Westchester counties.
