CalVet seeks a qualified contractor to provide preventive, corrective and parts‑replacement maintenance for six RapidPrint Time‑and‑Date Stamp machines (model AR‑E) at the Veterans Home of California – Chula Vista. The work must be performed during standard business hours, with a 24‑hour response to repair requests and an effort to complete repairs the same day when possible. The contractor must supply factory‑trained technicians, maintain required licenses, insurance and certifications, and submit monthly invoices per the rate sheet. The three‑year contract (July 1 2026 – June 30 2029) includes a DVBE incentive and a 5 % small‑business price preference (capped at $50 k).
