Description
The City of South Fulton is seeking a qualified firm to provide demolition, landscaping, carpentry, and cleanup services. The selected firm will be responsible for performing these services as outlined in the scope of work. The contract is expected to start on the effective date of the agreement and end automatically at the conclusion of the last property demolition cleanup, unless terminated earlier. The City reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing demolition services
• Performing landscaping tasks, including design, fertilizing, planting, etc.
• Carrying out carpentry work, including maintenance and repair services
• Conducting cleanup services
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations
• Maintaining adequate insurance coverage and providing proof of insurance
• Submitting required forms and documents, including the Bid Solicitation Form, Submittal Checklist, and Addenda
