ERF Rapid Re-Housing Operations and Support Services

The City of Long Beach is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations to provide Rapid Rehousing Operation & Supportive Services that will support participants experiencing unsheltered, encampment-based homelessness. The program will provide housing location assistance, limited financial support, and ongoing case management to help participants obtain permanent and stable housing. Key services include benefits and income support, case management, care coordination, financial management, housing search and placement, and housing stabilization. The program aims to assist individuals and households in swiftly transitioning out of homelessness and maintaining stable housing. • The program is designed to serve adults, including those with disabilities and chronic health conditions. • The program will provide services tailored to the unique needs of each individual and household. • The program will prioritize housing first approaches and promote access to safe and stable housing. • The program will encourage a data-driven, coordinated response to unsheltered homelessness. • The program will provide limited financial assistance and case management to support participants in resolving their housing crisis.
