This Sources‑Sought notice seeks qualified contractors holding a SeaPort NxG contract to provide Antiterrorism Training Security Monitor (ATSM) support for Commander Naval Air Force Atlantic (CNAL) N3. The contractor will act as a senior subject‑matter expert, delivering policy guidance, training oversight, budget coordination, and on‑site assessments for Atlantic Fleet aircraft carriers and related shore facilities. Work includes monthly, quarterly, and travel reports, coordination with Navy security entities, and compliance with classified‑access requirements. The effort spans a base period of 7 months (1 Mar 2027‑30 Sep 2027) with up to four optional one‑year extensions, requiring travel to multiple East‑Coast and Gulf locations, and adherence to strict security clearances.
