RFQ 2025-014 On Call Engineering Design Professional Services

The City of Tucker is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call engineering professional services. The services include road design, survey, hydrology, construction engineering and inspection, sidewalk and trail design, traffic studies, and environmental engineering. The city intends to select a minimum of two firms for each category of services through a qualification-based selection process. The selected firms will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, and the city will solicit competitive quotes from the selected firms for each project. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to three years. • The city is seeking firms with experience in providing engineering services to municipal clients. • The firms should have knowledge of current design criteria, including FHWA policies, AASHTO guidelines, GDOT design policies, and other industry standards. • The firms should have experience with similar projects, including road design, survey, and construction engineering and inspection. • The firms should be able to provide services on an as-needed basis and be able to respond quickly to requests from the city. • The firms should have a strong understanding of the city's needs and be able to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
