The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide 20 Dell Pro Thunderbolt 5 Dock WD25TB5 or equivalent docking stations. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The equipment must be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology in Crownsville, MD. The scope of work includes providing the requested equipment and support services. The evaluation criteria for award will be based on the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization by the manufacturer or distributor, MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price. • The contractor must provide a detailed description of the product specifications and pricing. • The contractor must be a certified small business vendor. • The contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor if requested. • The contractor must provide a Mercury Affidavit if applicable. • The contractor must deliver the equipment to the specified location within the required timeframe.
